The New Mt. Pleasant Academy Is Currently Under Construction In The Old Village Of Mt. Pleasant. It Is One Of The Highest Rated Public Elementary Schools In The Charleston Area And The State. It Is Located At 605 Center Street. It Is Being Built On The Site Of The Old School, Adjacent To Mt. Pleasant Athletic Fields. Until Completion, Mt. Pleasant Academy Students Are Being Schooled at The Old Wando High School.
